Monument Group, established in 2018, began as a specialized Owner’s Representation firm dedicated to delivering exceptional construction management services. Over time, the company organically expanded its offerings by launching Monument Builders, a General Contractor arm, to provide end-to-end project delivery.
Based in the Greater Tampa Bay area, Monument Group leverages over 60 years of combined expertise in the construction industry. Our team has collaborated with elite designers, engineers, and architects across the nation, contributing to the development of numerous luxury properties in the Tampa Bay region. With a strong background in ultra-luxury commercial and retail construction management throughout Florida, Monument Group's proven process accelerators uniquely position them to help clients achieve their goals with precision and excellence.
